Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small piece of data a website can store in a visitor's browser to remember information across visits. Where Revni Digital uses cookies, this policy discloses what they are, why they're set, and how long they last.
Cookies relevant to this policy fall into two categories: cookies required for the site or its content-management system to function (for example, keeping an administrator signed in), and cookies used for analytics or tracking. This policy is kept aligned with whichever of those categories is actually in use at any given time.
Advertising and marketing cookies are not currently used on this site. This policy must be updated before any future implementation change that affects cookie or tracking behaviour takes effect.
Current Implementation
No analytics or tracking cookies are set for visitors to this site. The site's analytics tooling (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) exists in the codebase but is switched off in production, and no tracking identifiers are configured for either provider.
The only authentication cookie in the system is scoped to the content-management system's administrator login. It is issued solely when a staff member signs in to manage the site's content, and is never set for an ordinary visitor browsing the public site.
No third-party embeds, chat widgets, or scheduling tools are used anywhere on the site, and no browser storage is used to track visitors or store preferences.

Whether the current absence of visitor cookies satisfies every applicable jurisdiction's consent requirements has not been confirmed by counsel. Cookie consent obligations vary by jurisdiction — for example, the EU's ePrivacy framework, UK PECR, and US state privacy laws each set different triggers and thresholds, and some frameworks impose disclosure obligations that go beyond cookie-setting alone.
