When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, company, and message, along with the page you submitted from and, where present, the site that referred you. This data is used to respond to your inquiry and, where a commercial engagement follows, to begin client onboarding through our CRM.

When you apply for a role through this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, and resume. This data is used solely to evaluate your application.

Once a client engagement begins, we collect and process client engagement and project data — held in our CRM and cloud storage — as necessary to deliver, invoice, and support that engagement.

If we hold personal data about you, you have the right to access it, receive a portable copy of it, have inaccuracies corrected, and, subject to statutory retention requirements, have it erased. You also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing.

Following identity verification, we respond to verified requests within one calendar month of receipt, extendable by a further two months for complex requests, free of charge, with formal confirmation provided once the request is resolved.

By default, client data resides within the client's designated hosting region and does not migrate geographically as part of normal operation.

Our engineering team operates from a technical hub in Hyderabad, India, so remote cross-border access for maintenance and support does occur. This access is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses, intended to provide protection consistent with UK GDPR's requirements for international transfers. Engineers accessing systems from Hyderabad do not download or store live production datasets locally; access is conducted over encrypted connections, protected by mandatory multi-factor authentication, and restricted by role-based access control.

During delivery and hosting engagements, Revni Digital frequently acts as a data processor on behalf of our clients, who act as the data controller for their own end-users' data. This policy describes Revni Digital's own data collection as a business — as a visitor, prospect, applicant, or client contact — not how a client's end-user data is handled on that client's behalf.

If you are the customer or end-user of a Revni Digital client, the applicable privacy terms are set by that client, not by this policy. The data-processing terms between Revni Digital and that client are governed separately by a Data Processing Agreement between the two parties.

The data categories, legal bases, and retention periods stated above reflect current company policy, confirmed directly by leadership. Where a fact is also independently checkable in how the site itself behaves — for example, what the contact form actually submits, or what the job-application form actually collects — that has been confirmed by direct review of the site's source code, not assumed from policy alone.

What this policy does not yet reflect is independent, third-party verification: no external audit has reviewed whether our data-handling practice matches what's written here. That distinction — policy, confirmed implementation, and independent verification — is kept deliberately separate rather than implied as a single guarantee.

Every factual statement on this page derives from one of four sources: verified implementation (confirmed by direct review of this site's source code), documented company policy (confirmed directly by leadership), legal commitments (data-protection obligations Revni Digital has adopted), or explicitly confirmed operational practice. Nothing here is inferred or assumed.

One gap is disclosed rather than papered over: job-application data (name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, and resume) is collected through this site, but no legal basis, retention period, or deletion trigger has yet been documented for it. This policy will be updated with that information once it is defined, rather than stating a figure that hasn't actually been confirmed.
