Revni Digital is a senior-led technology consultancy. We govern technical and commercial decisions the way we'd want them governed if we were the client — documented, evidenced, and accountable to a named person, not a team.
What follows is why that discipline exists, what kind of firm it makes us, and what we deliberately refuse to become.
Why Revni Exists
Across technology and commercial work, the same failure shows up again and again: work gets started constantly and decided rarely. Automation pilots stall in slide decks. Architecture gets discussed but never bounded. Releases get delayed by fear rather than difficulty. Technology investment gets re-litigated every quarter because it was never actually written down.
None of that is a technology problem. It's a governance problem wearing technology's clothes. The standard response — an agency, a staffing vendor — tends to sell activity: more meetings, more slides, more pilots, more headcount. Activity isn't the same as a defensible outcome, and senior buyers increasingly know the difference.
The cost of that pattern isn't abstract. It's rework from mistaken assumptions, incidents from recovery nobody rehearsed, the same unresolved question returning to a board meeting for the sixth quarter running. Revni exists to close that gap with evidence instead of persuasion — and to say plainly when the evidence isn't there yet.
How We Think
This isn't a list of engineering practices — it's the reasoning sequence behind every decision we make, technical or commercial.
- 01
Name the real constraint
Before anything is proposed, we separate the actual constraint from the version of it that's easiest to solve.
- 02
Test it with evidence
An assumption doesn't get built on top of until it's been tested — or explicitly flagged as untested.
- 03
Decide, document, and name who's accountable
A decision isn't real until it has a stated rationale and one named person behind it, not a team.
- 04
Set the condition that reopens it
Every decision carries the specific trigger that would bring it back for review — so it doesn't get quietly re-argued in six months.
What Kind of Consultancy We Are
Revni is a senior-led technology consultancy that behaves like an internal engineering and governance function a client can bring in — not a creative agency, not a staffing vendor, not a productized SaaS company, not a pure strategy firm that never touches production.
What we are
- A consultancy where the same senior judgment applies to a fractional CTO retainer, a delivery squad, or an assessment that produces nothing but a documented decision.
- A firm that treats governance — documented rationale, named owners, rehearsed recovery — as the actual product.
- Small and senior by design at this stage, not by necessity we're dressing up as a choice.
What we are not
- Not a staffing agency — every engagement is led by someone accountable for the outcome, not the hours.
- Not a creative or marketing agency, even where our work touches commercial and customer-facing systems.
- Not an AI startup pitching a product — we use AI as infrastructure, not as the pitch.
- Not a firm that treats a pilot or a slide deck as a deliverable.
Who This Is Built For
Senior technology and operations leaders — CTOs, COOs, founders, transformation directors — who arrive with a named constraint, not a vague sense that something needs to change. If the brief is still forming, it's usually too early for us to be useful.
What We Deliberately Refuse to Become
None of this is theoretical — each of these has already shaped a real decision on a real engagement.
- We do not perform AI theatre — no robot imagery, no “magic wand” automation claims, no model-name dropping as a substitute for evidence.
- We do not perform agency delivery theatre — a polished demo is not a shipped product.
- We do not produce roadmap wallpaper — a plan nobody is accountable for executing is not a plan.
- We do not claim scale, certifications, or client volume we don't have.
- We do not present one client relationship as though it independently proves several unrelated things.
Honestly, About Our Size
Revni is small and senior by design at this stage — not a large firm's junior bench dressed up as a boutique. We say this plainly because a false impression of scale is exactly the kind of claim we refuse to make about anyone else's work, and we're not going to make it about our own.
